Periklis D. Papageorgiou was born in Constantinople and is a native of the historical village, Mavrilo, near Tymfristos in the prefecture of Fthiotis. In 1945, he established his Law Firm in Athens, specializing in Property Law.

His law firm successfully handled critical matters for private landowners, deciding the fate for large areas of today's Attica. Surprisingly large for its time, the Firm also offered a practical training ground for a multitude of lawyers, many of who would later make their careers in the judicial body.

In 1970, the firm welcomed his son, Dimitrios P. Papageorgiou, who soon began leading his own highly successful law career in the field of business, specializing in tourism and hotels.

Irine Papageorgiou joined Periklis and Dimitrios Papageorgiou in 1985, and Aristotelis Papageorgiou began his career at the firm in 1988.

In 2002, Georgios Anastasiou joined the firm, and Athena Oikonomou became an associate in 2019.
